I am a Gemini sun sign. I'm here to do what I urge all of you to do if you havn't yet, and that's to explore other significant signs as they relate to your astrology. In this case, I am Capricorn rising and my moon is in Cap, so that's two of the classic big 4: sunsign, ascendant, moonsign and midheaven.

I thought to share with you something I've found of great interest. In ancient Jewish tradition, wherein the tribes of the signs were autonomous in some respects, the signs Capricorn, Piscis and Gemini were inter-linked. Gemini is actually supposed to consist of Cap and Piscean traits (one presiding over each twin with both positive and negative aspects). The Capricorn connotes positive potential for outward results and great ability through introspection, but also a trend of self defeating inward criticism aimed at a much needed sense of self-discipline (Anyone who's known a gemini can see this, I bet!). The Piscean part is the social milk, but also the childish part that will seek to hide in the shadows of the corners of crowds, building up a scheme for getting something or going away unnoticed. Since Piscis is the culmination of all signs, this gives the Gemini the ability to flow around and through social situations with seemingly natural grace, always having something to say or reading someone to assess for whatever reason (usually somewhat selfish.)
